Legal basis
Personal data is processed:
- To fulfill contractual obligations (Art 6 Para. 1(b) GDPR)
- To fulfill legal obligations (Art 6 Para. 1(c) GDPR)
- Based on your consent (Art 6 Para. 1(a) GDPR)
- To protect legitimate interests (Art 6 Para. 1(f) GDPR)
Personal data
The personal data you provide will be used for the provision of services by the Partners of the Dachstein Group (commercial wealth advisors authorized as tied agents in accordance with § 1 Z 44 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018, WAG), authorized as life and accident insurance brokers and authorized to act as an independent credit intermediary), as well as to fulfill accounting obligations.
We only obtain personal data from you and only disclose it to third parties for the above-mentioned purposes. The Dachstein Group never obtains personal data from third parties.
Storage
Your data will be stored for the duration of our business relationship, as well as in accordance with the legally specified retention and documentation obligations.
Your data will be deleted as soon as we have fulfilled our contract with you and we are no longer legally obliged to store your data. Your data will generally be deleted after seven years (retention period in accordance with § 132 of the Austrian Fiscal Code (Bundesabgabenordnung, BAO)).
Data subject rights
In accordance with the Austrian Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG) and GDPR, you have the right to be informed, to rectification, to erasure, to restrict processing or to portability for some or all of your data at any time, without stating a reason.
You also have the right to object to the further processing of your data and can change, restrict or completely withdraw any consent you have given, either in whole or in part, with future effect.
You can submit this request to us either by post or via email. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of the data processing undertaken based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
